CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION of DEL BIGTREE!
TMP’s criminal complaint against Del Bigtree has been submitted to the L.A. County District Attorney’s office for prosecution!  Yay!  Terrific news!  We hope to see an indictment — People vs. Del Bigtree!!  This is way more fun than watching Joshua Coleman get prosecuted!  Fuck you, Del Bigtree — fuckin poser!!

COMPLAINTS against TMP
Del Bigtree and his shill network have filed hundreds of complaints against TMP — the only American attorney now suing to stop mandatory vaccination — in California (SB277).  Del and his crew hope to take-away TMP’s law license — in order to protect SB277 and keep it on the books!  But these complaints never stick — not so much because they lack merit — but because TMP is a Teflon God!  Yay!

ISN’T IT IRONIC?
Don’t ya think?  And now, in retaliation for all the bogus complaints, TMP’s debut complaint hits the mark!  Next thing ya know, the District Attorney is poised to go straight up Del’s asshole!  Bamm!!

WHO is DEL BIGTREE?
Del Bigtree made the film ‘Vaxxed’ — which urges moviegoers to demand that the MMR vaccine be split-up — supposedly in the name of safety — and replaced with three single-dose vaccines — for measles, mumps, and rubella.  Del believes that three single-dose vaccines are safer than one triple-dose vaccine!  (IKR?!)  WTF?  Three vaccines are NOT safer than one!  Three vaccines just triples the risk factor!–as well as the billing opportunities for vaccine makers!–and it also triples the adjuvant load for Agenda 21ers!  Well played, Merck!  #problemreactionsolution

THE REAL REASON to SPLIT-UP MMR
So what’s the real reason why Del wants to split-up MMR?–because celebrity vaccine inventor, Andy Fakefield, already holds a patent for a single-shot measle vaccine!  And if his vaccine is added to the schedules, Fakefield will be a b-b-billionaire!  All you gotta do is split-up MMR!  

DEL BIGTREE – FRAUDSTER!
Del Bigtree – the Grand Poobah of Fraud!!  Nobody’s face screams “Controlled Opposition!” louder than Del Bigtree’s.  If there were a university course — Controlled Opp 101 — Del’s bloated face would be on the textbook cover!  There are not enough four-letter expletives to tell the story of this two-faced, fake-ass, sell-out, dick-weed, son-of-a-bitch called Del Bigtree!

DEL BIGTREE vs. SEN. RICHARD PAN
For the record, Del Bigtree is way more of an asshole than Sen. Pan could ever be.  Sure, Sen. Pan is owned by pharma, but at least that’s out in the open.  Sen. Pan wants to vaccinate your kids with “safe” vaccines — but Del Bigtree also wants to vaccinate your kids — with “safer” vaccines!  Same difference!  Both roads lead to Genocide City, U.S.A.!

SAFE VACCINES vs. SAFER VACCINES!
Make no mistake — Del’s “Safer Vaccine Song ‘n Dance” poses the same clear and present danger to our children as does Sen. Pan’s “Safe Vaccine Song ‘n Dance.”  Just remember, if you’re not fighting for a vaccine ban, then you empower genocide.  #truthbalm

DEL BIGTREE is ‘CONTROLLED OPPOSITION’
Del kinda-sorta opposes pharma, but his timid brand of opposition is carefully orchestrated and controlled by vaccine makers and their public relations firms.  Del’s soft-serve activism — which forbids him from supporting abolition — demonstrates pharma’s control.

UNAVOIDABLY UNSAFE
All vaccines are “unavoidably unsafe” — but you’ll never hear Del mention the Supreme Court decision that said so!  And this is significant because, again, it demonstrates pharma’s control over Del — who is forbidden to tell you that, back in 2011, the Supreme Court declared that all vaccines are “unavoidably unsafe” — as justification for ‘why’ we can’t sue vaccine makers.  The Court reasoned that it would be unfair to allow lawsuits against vaccine makers because, no matter how hard they try, vaccine makers just cannot make safe vaccines — it’s beyond the scope of their control.

The FALSE PROMISE of SAFE VACCINES
Del Bigtree is basically a vaccines sales rep — selling The False Promise of Safe Vaccines.  Beware Del Bigtree, the serpent-tongued, snake-oil salesman!  Hide your kids, hide you wife!  No such thing as safe vaccines!  #truestory

THE MANDATORY SAFE VACCINATION ACT of 2018
Del and RFK have teamed-up to remove mercury from vaccines, which sounds like a good idea, but be careful what you wish-for!  As soon as they remove the mercury, Congress will declare that all vaccines are “safe” — and then they will pass the Mandatory Safe Vaccination Act of 2018 — to fulfill the nationwide goal of Healthy People 2020 — which requires mandatory vaccination of all Americans!  And nobody gets to opt-out, not even for medical reasons, because of course, the vaccines will be, (you guessed it), “safe.”

WAKE UP!

On Oct. 12, 2017, Del announced that his Texas corporation — Informed Consent Action Network (“ICAN”) — would be suing the feds to enforce an obscure provision in the 1986 Vaccine Act — a mandate for “safer” childhood vaccines.  (WTF?)  That’s right!  Del’s ICAN lawsuit sought to enforce Chapter 27 of the Vaccine Act, titled:  Mandate for Safer Childhood Vaccines.  #themoreyouknow

MANDATE for SAFER CHILDHOOD VACCINES
Del’s ICAN lawsuit demands that the government deliver “safe” vaccines — which Del argues is required by the Vaccine Act.  But guess what?–ain’t no such thing as “safe” vaccines!  Better question: why isn’t Del suing to overturn SB277 — to stop the California vaccine mandate — to get his own kids back into school?  Instead, Del decides to sue the feds to enforce a nationwide vaccine mandate!  C’mon!  We need less mandates, not more!

NO SUCH THING as SAFE VACCINES
Since 1796, they’ve been trying to make “safe” vaccines — but it’s just impossible.  And yet, despite a two-century track record of repeated vaccine safety failures, we still see starry-eyed, daydream believers — like Del Bigtree — who fight to keep hope alive — that “safe” vaccines may somehow be possible someday — if you just #praybigger.

Safe vaccines are like unicorns — nobody’s ever seen one — because, in the real world, they don’t exist!  But real-world considerations seldom deter the feeble-minded from believing in the mythology of safe vaccines and unicorns!

WHAT GOES INTO a SAFE VACCINE?
Del talks a lot about “safe” vaccines, but when all’s said, he offers no “ingredients list” for his so-called “safe” vaccines.  Del instead looks to government and industry to deliver “safe” vaccines — because he trusts that government and industry always have our best interests at heart … right?!

THE STRONGEST ARGUMENT AGAINST VACCINES
Notably, Del’s ICAN lawsuit purposely avoids making the strongest argument against vaccines, i.e., the “unavoidably unsafe” argument.  Remarkably, the ICAN lawsuit never argues “unavoidably unsafe!”  But that’s because Del’s job is to convince you — with a few more safety studies — that vaccines might one day be safe!  But don’t fall for it!  No such thing as safe vaccines!

DEL CANNOT GO to COURT
If the feds reject Del’s “Mandate for Safer Childhood Vaccines” — then Del can bring the matter before a judge!  But wait, how can Del hope to match, in court, the powerful resources of the U.S. Attorney General’s Office?  Srsly?  Del and which army?  He’s not a lawyer!  Del is unequipped to go to court — which just shows that the ICAN lawsuit was never meant to go in front of a judge in the first place!

ANOTHER FACEBOOK STUNT
Remember, Del Bigtree cannot go to court for the same reasons that Rachel Green and Monica Geller cannot go to court!  Hello?!  They are just actors, not real people!  The ICAN thingy was just another Facebook stunt — to score “likes” ‘n “shares” — in a desperate attempt to bolster sagging ratings on Del’s failed Haywire sitcom.  #ouch

WHO GHOST-WROTE the ICAN LAWSUIT?
So who is the ghostwriter of Del’s ICAN lawsuit?  Obviously, a lawyer wrote it … but who?  Del won’t say!  Curiously, no attorney’s name appears on the lawsuit.  And this is odd.  Why?–because lawyers sign their freakin names on documents they write!  But here, the only name we see is Del Bigtree — and he ain’t no lawyer!  #notevenclose

UNAUTHORIZED PRACTICE of LAW!
By pulling his cute little ICAN stunt — Del Bigtree was practicing law.  The evidence will show that Del threatened to sue the feds on behalf of ICAN.  Del told the feds that he represents the legal interests of 5 million people!  Del invited the feds to negotiate the legal claims!  Whoa!  Stop!  Del has no law license!  He is practicing law without a license — and this is a crime in California!  #checkyourself

TMP RATS-OUT DEL!
Once TMP realized that Del was practicing law without a license, TMP immediately reported Del to the proper authorities, not so much because TMP, an officer-of-the-court, has an affirmative duty to report such misconduct, but mostly for some bang-back revenge for all the lame-ass complaints against TMP.  #suckitbitches

For good measure, TMP went full double-down!  TMP also filed a criminal complaint in Texas — because ICAN is a Texas corporation.  According to Austin authorities, the matter is now pending investigation!  #doubledown

We were delighted to receive the below letter indicating that TMP’s complaint was turned over to the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office for prosecution!  Yay!  Let’s hope they prosecute this genocidal maniac!  Srsly!  The motherfucker tells lies all day long!  Del is a con-man, a shyster, a street finagler — peddling The False Promise of Safe Vaccines!

Ultimately, HHS rejected Del’s call for a nationwide “Mandate for Safer Childhood Vaccines.”  (Gee, thanks, HHS!)  Okay, but ‘why’ did HHS reject Del’s safer vaccine mandate?  Well, according to HHS, a safer vaccine mandate is unnecessary — because the vaccines, (you guessed it), are already safe!  #shutthefrontdoor

STRIKE-DOWN the 1986 VACCINE ACT!
Let’s challenge the 1986 Vaccine Act!  Strike it down!  Then turn loose the bottom-feeders — i.e., the personal injury lawyers!  If allowed to sue, the bottom-feeders would completely wipe-out the entire vaccine industry within six months!  And this explains why Congress, back in 1986, had no choice but to “immunize” vaccine makers from personal injury lawyers — otherwise, they’d bankrupt the industry — just as surely as ten dimes will buy a dollar!

RIGHT to TRIAL by JURY
